Kaunihera Team
These students run the council and are elected by teachers/peers at the end of year 7. The council group is made up of year 8 students. The kaunihera team meet regularly to discuss issues and ideas relevant to Te Atatu Intermediate School. They regularly have meetings with their class, as they are representative of the student body. Ideas and events are then worked on to enhance the school, and leadership skills are developed.
